At DocAgent (accessible from https://docagent.co.in), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by DocAgent and how we use it.

1. File Processing and Document Security

We understand that the documents you upload to DocAgent may contain highly sensitive, personal, or confidential information. Our primary commitment is to your document's privacy.

  • Automated Deletion: Any files (PDFs, images, or Word documents) that you upload to our servers are kept strictly temporarily. All uploaded files and the resulting processed files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within exactly one (1) hour of processing.
  • No Backups: We do not keep backups of your uploaded documents. Once the automated deletion occurs, the files are completely unrecoverable.
  • No Human Access: Our file processing is 100% automated. No human employee, contractor, or third party ever views, accesses, or analyzes the contents of your documents.

2. Information We Collect

While we do not collect or store the contents of your documents, we may collect standard log information to ensure the smooth operation of our service:

  • Log Files: Like many standard web servers, we use log files. These include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, and timestamps. This information is not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
  • Cookies and Web Beacons: We use cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, and to customize our web page content based on visitors' browser type and other information.

3. Google AdSense and DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our site and other sites on the internet. However, visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on DocAgent, which are sent directly to users' browser. Note that DocAgent has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

DocAgent's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

Since we do not create user accounts or store personal data beyond temporary IP logs and standard cookies, the scope of data available for these requests is extremely limited.
