DocAgent provides online tools for processing PDF documents. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". You agree to use our tools only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading documents that contain:

• Illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
• Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or disrupt our systems.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, DocAgent and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on DocAgent (excluding the documents you upload). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from DocAgent for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

4. Document Ownership and Processing

You retain all rights, ownership, and copyright to the documents you upload to DocAgent. By uploading a document, you grant us a temporary license solely for the purpose of performing the requested processing (e.g., merging, splitting, compressing). As stated in our Privacy Policy, all documents are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour of processing.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DocAgent, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website. DocAgent shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website or the loss/corruption of documents during processing.

DocAgent reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
